Who was Augustine? What did he confess?
St. Maximilian Kolbe
Tuesday, February 15 at 7PM
Dr. John Kenney and his wife Ann retired to Cape Elizabeth in the summer of 2019. He and his wife have both been involved in Catholic education for many years. Most recently, John taught Religion and Humanities at St. Michael's College and was the Dean of the College for a decade. John is part of a larger movement among Catholic scholars who have sought to return to the ancient sources of our faith and to discover anew their answers to the perennial questions of human life, including our knowledge of God, the problem of evil, and the immortality of the human soul.
Dr. Kenney has graciously offered his time to lead a discussion on St. Augustine and his contribution to the faith. Join us for this one-night event. If you love what you hear and want to continue learning about St. Augustine, you can join Dr. Kenney's five week reading group which will start on March 1 at 7pm at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church.
