Choosing how to honor a loved one's memory can be an important step in the grieving process. A donation in support of St. John Paul II Parish is a meaningful way to express gratitude for the life of a beloved family member or friend.

Memorial gifts can be made by individuals, families or groups. Donations can be delivered in person, mailed to the parish office, or made through our online giving platform: 

A family may encourage memorial gifts for their deceased loved one when they publish the obituary or funeral announcement. Some examples of how to phrase the request for memorial gifts:

• In loving memory of ________, donations may be made to St. John Paul II Parish.
• In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John Paul II Parish - ____ Fund.
• Memorial gifts may be made to St. John Paul II Parish for Children's Faith Formation; however, gifts of flowers are welcome.
• Contributions can be made to St. John Paul II Parish - Matthew 25 Fund to honor ______'s legacy of faith and generosity.

When the parish is designated as the recipient for memorial gifts, we will send thank-you notes to all who give in honor of your loved one and provide your family with a list of the memorial gifts we received.
