Father Boucher received his seminary formation at Saint John’s Seminary in Brighton, Massachusetts, where he earned a Master of Divinity degree in May 2020. He is also a 2018 alumnus of the Institute for Priestly Formation's program of spiritual formation for diocesan seminarians. On June 2, 2019, he was ordained a deacon by the Most Reverend Robert Peter Deeley, J.C.D., the twelfth bishop of the Diocese of Portland, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland, Maine. As a deacon, he served at Saint Paul the Apostle Parish in Greater Bangor, Maine, Saint Agnes & Saint Camillus de Lellis Parishes in Arlington, Massachusetts, Saint Thérèse of Lisieux Parish in Sanford-Springvale, Maine, and Saint Matthew Parish in Limerick, Maine. On August 22, 2020, the Feast of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Father Boucher was ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Deeley at Saint Joseph Church in Biddeford, Maine. Upon ordination, Bishop Deeley assigned Father Boucher as parochial vicar of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux Parish in Sanford-Springvale, Maine and Saint Matthew Parish in Limerick, Maine. In May 2022, Father Boucher was assigned by Bishop Deeley as parochial vicar of Saint John Paul II Parish in Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, and South Portland, Maine.
Father Boucher is a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, a member of the John Carroll Society of Washington, D.C., and a member of La Société St. Jean-Baptise de Bienfaisance of Biddeford, Maine. He is also a Collaborator of the Catholic Apostolate Center of Washington, D.C. Father Boucher has also served as a chaplain to the Knights of Columbus and the Daughters of Isabella.
